Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen. The delivery times indicated on the site are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping cost

Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination. They will be clearly indicated before validation of the order.

Returns and Refunds

Return policy

You have 30 days from receipt of the products to return any item that does not give you complete satisfaction. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Procedure

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.

Warranty and Liability

Guarantee

Our shoes are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or improper maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

We cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of our products, such as loss of income or opportunity. In any event, our total liability will be limited to the amount of the order placed.

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
